I cannot say enough about Charles and his products. I threw my dad a surprise birthday and needed a memory box in a week. I stumbled upon Charles and his shop, and reached out to see if it was possible to make a custom-sized box. Charles made it happen. He worked with me to figure out what design would best suit my dad, and even helped me figure out what to engrave. Charles is beyond kind and generous with his time, and his product is exquisite - beautifully crafted, sturdy, and elegant. I had the most wonderful experience with him in creating this box, and my dad adored it. I know it is an item that will last his lifetime, and be a keepsake for my children as well. The item I received was above my expectations, I intended it to be for a memorial garden, but once I saw it, I thought it deserves to be in a better displayed area. I loved it has done justice to my diseased wife.
